Abstract

This paper presents the crisis of the "transactions" to democracy as a denial of the Ideology of Human Rights. In the world of integral globalization and the globalization of Justice (Nüremberg, General Pinochet Trial), new social phenomena appear, such as new technologies, which are indicating the emergence of a new civilization. The exclusive authoritarianism, typical of the globalization of markets, means the presence of a world of marginalized and vulnerable groups: migrants, unemployed, "clochards", of social disintegration. We maintain that, in moments of the awakening of civil society and social movements, human rights cannot be the patrimony of right-wing ideologies.
